Chicago-based artist Peng Peng has designed and managed her own Web site business peng-peng.com since March 2003.

She earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in 1991 (Painting Major) from Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, and in 2001 a certificate program in Web Site Design, from Columbia College Chicago.
